About

Finding holes drilled into front yard sugar maple trees has turned into a 40+ year family tradition here in Upstate NY. While initially unaware of what the holes were for, a little investigation revealed – maple syrup!

From small boil pans to the creation of a sugar shack complete with a traditional small scale evaporator, maple syrup has been a staple on the Sweetman Farm in Charlton, NY. Using traditional taps and buckets along with hand collecting the sap, the process has not changed much for us.

We believe that handcrafted artisanal maple products can sweeten your day and help you flow. 100% of the profits support WAVES International, a 501c3 not-for-profit that encourages you to Act Local and Connect Global.
